*The "Tourism Dirham" is a minimal charge of AED 20 (6$) to be applied to all hotel guests. This fee is to be levied per room per night.
Tourism Dirham will be introduced as of March 31st 2014 and must be paid by the guests at check out.

RAMADAN POLICY
The complex food and beverage outlets will be running normal operation in Ramadan (Including serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) except for the below exceptions
1) No live entertainment will be performing in all areas except controlled background music
2) Atrium (Westin lobby lounge), open only from sunset to 1:00 am
3) Blue Orange (Westin), alcohol will only be served after 8:30 pm till 2:00 am
4) Blue Orange, no Friday brunch or Pisces kitchen.

EXTRA BED POLICY
Please note that where 3 adults sharing one room, 2 of the adults will be required to share one queen size bed.
Please, note that requests for third adult occupancy, extra beds or baby cots must be made at the time of reservation.

New Year Gala Dinner is compulsory on 31.12

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Any change in booking will be considered as a cancellation; new names and dates will be considered as a new reservation
and is subject to the hotel’s availability and discretion.
In case of early departure the hotel will charge the full stay on meal plan booked. No refunds will be provided for early departure.

Check-out time - 12.00
Standard check-in procedures will apply at the Front Desk e.g. credit card imprint or cash deposit of AED 400 (110$) per room per night to cover

Duplex Suite The suite has 210m2 have a spacious marble entrance hall with a guest cloakroom, small kitchen and sweeping staircase leading from it.
The Suite features a bedroom, a bathroom with steam room, and second lounge on the upper level (8th Floor) and a separate lounge & dining area on the lower level as well as extensive balconies.
Presidential Suite The suite is 549 m2 offers a large central living area between two en-suite bedrooms, private bedroom living rooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms.
There is a private gym and large fully equipped kitchen. Leading from the entrance hall is an additional separate living area with separate entrance and this leads to the bedroom which faces the sea.
A corridor from the second living room leads to a well-equipped modern kitchen and twin maid's room with an en-suite shower. The main bedroom has a dedicated desk and Hammam room with large raised Jacuzzi.
The walkthrough dressing room has a number of closets and central dressing table and leads to the en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, steam room, separate rain shower, and double vanity basin unit.

Dine Around by More Cravings
We are delighted to announce the introduction of our “Dine Around by More Cravings” where guests booked on Half Board basis will have the opportunity to enjoy their Lunch or Dinner at over 130 participating restaurants in United Arab Emirates. Choices ranging from award-winning restaurants, celebrity chef venues, inviting outdoor terraces to casual dining and family restaurants, there’s endless dining experiences to choose from across multiple emirates.
Dine Around by More Cravings incur no additional charges on the existing Half Board Dine Around package. Prior restaurant reservations are mandatory for guests choosing to dine in other Marriott participating properties and a dining voucher is required. Our concierge team will be happy to assist through the booking process, they will issue the dining voucher which needs to be handed over to the restaurant at the time of dining. Each restaurant will offer either a set menu, buffet or provide dining credit of AED 150 per adult. Children below 12 years will be offered children’s menu. There will be no changes in the process for guests choosing to dine in our resort.
Dine Around by More Cravings will be applicable for all new Half Board bookings as of February 22nd, 2021 for stay periods starting from March 1st, 2021.
